- Tome 1 : titre, XL (épitre au duc de Bourbon, préface) + 32 pp. (notes) + LIII (additions) + 7 pp. (table des notes) + 8 pp. (table) + 660 pp. + 15 + 1 + 24 + 2 + 1 pp.

- Tome 2 : titre, 8 + 984 pp.

Edition originale complet des suppléments et additions par Jean Bannelier (1683-1766). Certains tirages sont avec un portrait de Guillaume Raviot (1667-1751) en frontispice.

Lauteur François Perrier (1645-1700) natif de Beaune fut avocat au Parlement de Dijon, attaché à M. Brulard premier président du Parlement.

Il a eu recours à des recueils manuscrits darrêts pour cet ouvrage notamment ceux de Nicolas Perrier (mort en 1694) natif de Saint-Jean-de-Losne mais sans lien de parenté. Il a aussi puisé dans les recueils de M. de La Marre & Maltête. Les observations sous forme de dissertations de Guillaume Raviot écuyer avocat au Parlement de Dijon sont après chaque article de Perrier.
